Bug reports

When reporting a bug, please include:

  1. The browser and operating system you are using.
  2. A short description of what you expected and what actually happened.
  3. The exact text (or a representative sample) that triggered the issue, if applicable.
  4. Any error messages you saw.

Please redact any personal or sensitive information from the text you share — by default, your text never leaves your browser, but anything you email us obviously does.

Feature requests

We are actively building the next version of Detect AI Watermarks. Top of the list:

  • Image metadata remover (EXIF stripping).
  • Text Watermark Remover as a standalone tool page.
  • Batch file processing.
  • API access for developers.
  • User history and export (only for signed-in users who opt in).

If you want a specific feature, email us and we will prioritize accordingly.

  • If you are reporting an academic-integrity case, you do not need to send us the student's text — the detection report from your own browser is sufficient context.
  • For security disclosures, please use email and we will respond within one business day.
