Detect AI Watermarks (detectaiwatermarks.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe that any content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated copyright agent. To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include the following in writing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list of such works if multiple works are covered by a single notice).
3. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
4. Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification

If your content has been removed in response to a takedown notice, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Detect AI Watermarks may be found).
5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
